The first item I tried to purchase was on backorder and no one notified me. So I had to reach out to the company for assistance, after waiting for 3 days for my item to be shipped. Once I finally did get a response, I asked if another item was in stock. Unfortunately, the person I was emailing never answered my question. So I didn't know if the new item would be in stock. While I'm happy I got my vape, I'm not pleased with the lack of customer service I received. I will not be using NicDelivery in the future because of this.
