As a small business with lightly customized products, I can understand your return policy. But given the high price point of your items, I do think some ability to make returns should be implemented going forward. Items with very common “customizations” like a specific color of leash with a specific color of handle are likely to be ordered many times over, so at some point you should be able to resell any returned items. I would also love to see more promotional materials involving small-breed dogs, if you plan to continue selling products with small measurements. I think if I had seen how large and heavy your products would look on my small dachshund, I would've been better able to determine whether they were a good fit for her before ordering.
