The only complaint is they use FedEx for shipping and they were awful. Kept sending emails the bike would be here and we wait all day and then late afternoon they change to next day. This happened 3 times so if you work and take off you would miss 3 days of work for nothing. But the bike is awesome.

The purchase itself went smoothly, but I had to install the “shop App” to receive further information about the shipment. Unfortunately, the verification process does not work because no SMS is received, even though the code is required to be sent via SMS. An alternative verification method via email or WhatsApp would be preferable. I’d still give it 5 stars even with the issues.
