Very helpful with exchange process

We visited the Gold Coast showroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there.

We knew what we wanted so it was very easy

7 items ordered - 6 chairs and a sofa. Delivered 1 hr and 45 minutes early without any warning. 6 were wrong order delivered and the final item is the sofa with defective covers.
