Good product at a good price. It doesn't prevent snoring (although I never believed the marketing hype on that point anyway) but it does relieve neck pain and deliver a comfortable sleep. In terms of general experience, my only gripe is that delivery took a bit longer than anticipated. I understand that's because it shipped from China. However, given the intense marketing of this product (and competitors), they might have held some in UK stock for more immediate delivery.
