I bought the bike 15th of December 2024. And I haven't been able to try it yet. Because the bike show error 30, on delivery.
Now it's the 8th of January and the "company" Vitilan, still haven't found a solution for me.
One of the employees of the support team, asked me if I "knew a mechanic" that could fix my brand new 2000 euro bike, that hasn't done a meter of driving...
They have terrible replying, and sometimes more than days go, before a small reply will come.
I asked for working bike, but no. So far they've sent me a free helmet for the inconvenience. But my bike is still showing error 30, and nobody in the company gives a shit..
I highly recommend people to buy from another brand. This company is unprofessional and will not take responsibility for their actions...
