Shopping and receiving the Bike was fine. Customer service is bad. Could not get through to the support I needed through Email or Phone Call. With no instructions inside the box, putting the Bike together was very hard, and I was unable to find out if it's all connected correctly. The Front Wheel of the Bike was not celebrated or made right as friction and grinding can be heard when spinning the wheel. Not Great, while worried about damaging the bike when riding.
