I have seen many advertisements and the bicycle boxes came in perfect condition, none came like this one, hit in all parts, if you ordered and it came in this condition with hits everywhere, would you be okay with it? I had a panic attack when I saw the box because I paid 1370 euros, you are not professionals, you have the lowest review from me, I don't like paying for it to come intact and with hits everywhere

Good expérience with vitilan .

Support thought my bike wasn't compatible and that the headlights would only turn on off auromatically, but I could connect wirh the app etc.

La bici è bella ,ma per quanto costa la bici ,i pedali sono molto scadenti ,al secondo giorno di uso si è spezzato l'interno del pedale ,quindi li ho dovuti già sostituire!!!!Voglio sperare che nn accada altro.

The logístics is ok, service according with promised. After sales is the problem. When you make the sales you don't inform about the absence off invoice and guarantee certificate. I hope do not find any more surprises. Maybe is good idea to improve the bicicle instructions.
