the delivery is very very very slow. i stay in KL and the product is shipped from SHah Alam. Can you imagine? there is no physical shop or store and make the buying experience very inconvenience. I used to buy AESOP product and their delivery service is in within 24 hrs. I don't buy into the idea of delivery service is inclusive... that's why you take a long time to deliver. remember this product is put under the hot sun or temperature and the efficacy of the product (or product stability) is questionable. you know th 3pl sorting hub/branch do their sorting of cartons... if you say this product contain active ingredients, you have to ensure the packing and temperature proof for delivery arrangement is seriously taking into consideration. hope it helps
