I requested the cancellation because the package was not going to arrive on time, I was completely ignored by customer service who did not respond. Once the package arrived, they apologized. My package is in the USA and I am in France. It's wasted money... thank you TYPECASE

Everything in general was great.

Responsive customer service (my order request tracking was provided ASAP). Item was well-packed.

The shipping was great although after 3 days the light on the keyboard wouldn’t turn on very disappointing

Overall, excellent experience. The only assortment issue was my promo code was not working. I even tried using different browsers. Outside of that I had no issues. I’ve purchased a couple of typecases for my iPad’s last year & this year and generally always had a decent experience. 😊

Do not take a month to ship an item you sold with the knowledge it was not in stock anymore and then not take the initiative to contact the buyer in any way

The case came quickly and in perfect condition!

Bad experience, customer service, and product. The typecase team was as unhelpful and frustrating as the product itself. The experience was awful as I came out of it with a damaged ipad after paying almost £100 in this whole ordeal.

They advertised 4 colors on the website, but returned to say that they only have black. Reminds me of what Henry Ford said in 1909 about the Model T: "They can have any color they want, as long as it is black".

They sent me the wrong iPad case which was 100$ cheaper than the one I paid for and didn’t fit my iPad then refused to give me a refund. They said they’d send me the right case then didn’t reach out again.

The return process is cumbersome and costly.
