Few updates so was a little concerned about delivery especially having read some of the reviews but it arrived in the timeframe. Would have given 5* only the packaging could have been better - nice box with necklace in a bag with no mounting in box option. Also seem to have received a stainless steel chain which I wasn’t sure I’d ordered (maybe I missed that) but not expecting it seemed to cheapen the item and I had to double check that the angel wings were actually Stirling silver as a result.

Placed my order the about 10 days after, I messaged customer service asking when it will arrive as it said 5 day when I ordered. They then sent out a free gift, so I had something on the day I needed it although it didn’t get here until after the day I needed it. They also said they had sent out the item I actually ordered along with the free gift but that didn’t show up until about a week after. I also selected the gift wrap and payed for it but didn’t receive it wrapped.
