It took a long time for it to arrive. But I’m glad they showed up. That’s what’s important.

I waited 3 months for sad garbage

The website was easy to use and got good updates on the progress of the order. The only area for improvement was the message on the first email we got that implied that the order had shipped when it was actually being prepared for shipping. Fortunately, support was responsive and we got a follow-up email quickly.

Would have preferred 3 boxes with 3 sabers, but all in all love them.

Instruction weren’t very clear. It took me a bit to realize what saber I actually purchased as you have 3 different models. Once I figured that out I was able figure out the one button model. A couple quick you tube videos could have cleared that up but alas I was unable to find any. Fit finish and performance of them are amazing. And you have a 1 year warranty!!! Awesome. All in all. Shipping and lack of really good instructions would change this to a 5*

For how expensive the products are, the quality control for sabers being shipped could be better. However, the customer service team is great, gave me instruction on how to fix my saber and now it works and looks great. Would recommend.

Delivery was late. It took nearly a month and I eventually had to have them delivered to a different address in another country. But, the company didn’t make that a problem and carried out my wishes quickly.

I feel bad because I thought i had been scammed as it took so long to arrive. But customer service got back to me and then they did finally arrive and my husband is very happy with them!

Fantastic deal. The shipping was a bit of a nightmare. I had to ask for updates. To be fair it was partially Evri's fault.

Don't listen to the negative comments, rapid reply to emails sent regarding my order. Items as expected.

Took 2 months to get them. Communication was pretty good throughout. Overall not bad, 3 to 5 days delivery isn't happening

My patience with the post was the only issue.

Seamless, if I had to make one flaw or lacking it is that it can take time to fulfill and ship but considering the quality of the product a little patience is worth it

Small hiccup on the store page on phone, but was resolved the same day.

Purchasing and Payment are simple and direct. You need to take the initiative in getting updates from them. They are slow to ship the product. They reply quickly to questions, which is nice.
