Even though it was overnight delivery, it took more than 10 days to arrive. The website did say that it might take some time to deliver but it would have been nice to know approximately "when" i'd get the product. I think for a very long time it was just sitting the post guys? Anyhow, that's for you to look into :) i understand that January is usually a busy period but just knowing approx when product will be received before placing the order will be good in the future. I went on holiday to NZ and only received this when i had only 4 days left to my trip.
