Had a good experience, no issues and great communication.

Very straight forward, order and then wait a few weeks , and it arrives at your door step

Easy from start to finish

Great service although quite frustrating never being able to talk to support on the phone. You can get through to receptionist but there is never anyone available to actually talk to and it’s all done via email. Would be 5 stars otherwise. There was a slight mix up on my order where I added a storage rack after first ordering the GM2. It was supposed to be delivered on the same day as the GM2 but I had to chase this up and it took another week.

No issues on the order, pretty straightforward. But, Speediance UK would not answer the phone when they requested a call back. Because of this, we did not know they were attempting to deliver the equipment. The only way we could reach for them was via email. There was a second hiccup on scheduling the delivery, but it worked out in the end and the customer service employee was apologetic.

Buying from speediance was great and clear. Talking with support to clarify some doubts before machine arrived and then a minor question afterwards was quick and clear. Purchasing and delivery was without incidents and easy.

I was nervous about shipping and communication after reading some online reviews but mine was delivered on time and I've had no issues with customer service afterwards either.

The shopping experience was great. The only thing that let it down was I not made aware the equipment would be delivered lay flat and that the drive would only leave the package outside of the house

Great, Sintija in particular in customer service has been very helpful with a few queries since my purchase too.

When I placed the order back in December I was aware it was a pre-order for the end of January and that i wouldn't receive it until around that date. There was no communication between placing my order and the day I got a phone call to book delivery, which made me a little uneasy. Through the online community i found out that others who were on a later pre-order received their units before those of us who were on the end of January preorder, which made us feel angry. After a further week of no communication I chased up my order and luckily I received a response that afternoon to book my delivery. In the future I think customers would appreciate interim communication while waiting for their orders, that way they feel acknowledged/informed and don't feel so uneasy after spending such a large amount of money.

The customer service since I purchased Speediance has been outstanding. I have had several issues and sent email and received prompt responses. I also can say that this company has resolved the issues to my satisfaction.

Speedy delivery - it arrived faster than expected

The delivery was pretty bad. I would expect the delivery of an item like this to be a two person job, and carry it to the room of my choice, not dump it in the road.

Terrible ordering service. Got told there was stock and got sent an email clearly saying the items had been reserved. As soon as I prefer, it updates to say it's back ordered and it'll be another month.

The shopping experience was relatively straight forward although there was a delay between purchase and delivery but this was clearly explained. The delivery itself was smooth and without issue.

There was a bit of a delay for the delivery but otherwise it was easy. As mentioned before it's annoying not to get the same handles as you show on the website.

Gym Monster was 2 weeks late! And I had to chase for delivery!
