I was surprised the dress arrived quite quickly. The dress was as described a very nice fabric and style but didn't suit my body shape. I have returned the dress via the information in the returns portal but there was no provision to exchange for the same size and pattern in a different but in a different style. A follow up email has explained why so pretty good service and communication over all.
