I purchased an Annke camera (directly from Annke) to add to my Annke NVR with my other Annke cameras. However, it wouldn't connect. After contacting Annke (and they replied very quickly) I was told that this camera was not compatible with the NVR; it was for stand-alone use only. This wasn't explained on the website. I therefore asked to return it. They have said I must pay the postage as there was nothing wrong with the camera. I am VERY unhappy about that as I would assume Annke cameras would be compatible with Annke NVRs, or your website would say so. I now will not buy another camera from Annke as I won't know its compatibility and would have to pay the postage again if it wasn't. I now have to move to another brand. VERY VERY poor customer service. After telling people that Annke were good, I now will tell them not to buy from you unless your customer service gets better.
