when I ordered my Zerenda fork, I took advantage of the "get another for 50% off" offer. I ended up being charged the 50% off price twice. It was on my bank statement. The first fork arrived. No second one arrived. I waited awhile then when asked for a review about the first one, I was told by a rep that he could see where I'd ordered the bonus fork, but for some reason it was never shipped. He assured me it would be. Once again, I waited. No fork. Not real pleased with the customer service.
