Terrible. The item arrived damaged and completely different from what was advertised. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. First I was offered 40% to keep the faulty product, then 10% days later—no apology, no solution. I had to chase them repeatedly and still haven’t received a refund or return label. They even sent a marketing email asking for a review while ignoring my complaint. Shocking service. Avoid this company.
