I placed an order for this on 29th April with a 3-5 working day delivery.
Today ( 5weeks later, I still haven’t no goods or tracking notice or an honest update).
I have asked for a refund and this was ignored until the card company got in touch with them. “Sarah” then decided to respond ( 10 days after the 3rd email requesting an update) requesting me to cancel the chargeback with the card
