Fly Hugz has terrible customer service! No one answers the phone when calling; you are always prompted to leave a message. In addition it took several emails before I finally received a return authorization. Fly Hugz received my neck wraps approximately 3 weeks ago and they have yet to acknowledge the return or provide a refund! Highly disappointed
