So disappointed with the customer service received. Delivery took 2 weeks (and not 48 hours as indicated on the site) and I had already left for my trip... I asked to return the package but I was told that this was not possible. After re-reading the return policy, I don't understand why and find myself having lost 40 euros. What a shame, big disappointment.

There is nothing special about these and although they say you can return, they make it really hard for you and you have to return them to China from the UK which you just totally impractical and expensive so I would say avoid because the old promise that it’s gonna be all wonderful singing our dancing, but it’s no difference to any other neck brace
