My overall experience with SofiaJewelry was extremely disappointing. The item arrived late and was defective, but what frustrated me most was the way my concerns were handled. I clearly requested a refund from the beginning, yet my request was repeatedly ignored in favour of a replacement I did not want. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to listen to the customer made the entire experience stressful and frustrating.
