The product seems good, but I ordered two and received only one. The company refuses to resolve the issue. I just receive a standard statement that I must check with the shipping company. The second one was clearly never shipped so there is no one I can check with. They should have come in one package since I ordered two at the same time. I am out the money and no way to recoup the loss since they won't help me
