I won’t be buying from this brand ever again. Bought a pair of sunnies that don’t suit my face shape and the brand won’t exchange as I bought them with 10% off. Very disappointed and won’t be buying again, will also be telling people I know to not bother buying from this brand. I’m not asking for my money back, just to exchange them. I know it’s ‘policy’ however given the price you charge, you would think exchanges would be offered even on small sales.
