Even though it is stated on the website that there are warehouses in California and china, it concerns me that the pieces don’t come from NY like the intro video shows. This company does not allow for returns or exchanges. They offer the option of purchasing additional links to be taken to a personal jeweler to be added if your item is not the size you need. The additional pieces are charged at a higher rate than the initial purchase at the right size. For example, a 6inch bracelet costs $712, a 7.5 costs $764. I need to purchase an additional 1.5 inches and the cost is $150 as opposed to $52.

Great quality. Only complaint is that the bracelet came with missing stones, not going to leave a bad review because everything else was great. But do be aware they won’t let you send back the bracelet and have them put the stones in for you, they ship the stones to you and then you have to go pay a jeweler to put them in. Doesn't make much sense to me but again everything else was great.
