We were very pleased with the item we ordered. It arrived in good condition and we were updated as it was shipped. It took a long time to get to us, but it made us appreciate it that much more when we did get it.

We paid in full for an advanced order several months ago. We have yet to receive the item.

Easy to shop here. I wish the shipping was less expensive though.

My experience with LootBloc was a bit frustrating due to the delays in communication and unclear details about the shipping timeline. I wasn’t aware that some items might take up to 3 months to ship, which caused confusion. However, I’m happy with the plush hammer I received. I think better communication and transparency would improve the overall experience.

At one point while we were waiting for it to be shipped my son got concerned about how long it was taking. So we sent an email asking about everything and they were very helpful so my son had no more worry.

So far not great. I’d appreciate some assistance on this. Been waiting 4 months for my plushy.

My plushie arrived without the number tag which made my girlfriend very upset as this was a numbered run. (255) last time I heard from support was 1/15/2025 and they said they were “finalizing” the issue. A month has now passed and still no response.

I don’t know what the shipping separate items was about, probably sent from different facilities? But also the customer support system didn’t do me wail so I will never get to ask, I could look at the packaging which I’m keeping anyways buuuut…. Maybe I’ll order more in the future and put in the same request <3
