only a 2 because, for a while the website i wasnt able to access it, and i have had one time where you guys sent me the wrong order. thankfully, auto pay kept sending me the jerky for the month. otherwise, i like the text notifications. it tells me when the auto order goes through. i will say that i would prefer the text message i get told me more of how long until it arrives, im not in texas, so it takes a couple days to get here, the text leads one to believe the package should be there.
