I orders the Octopus/Kraken ball marker, and the “revolver” pitch tool. So, I was gifted a Crayon pitch tool. I had chosen purple, but received orange in the mail. I email Marc and just let him know for QA/inventory purposes. Although I did not request he send a replacement, one showed up at my door three days later. That’s customer service. Oh, and all of his pieces are absolutely beautiful. Every golfer should have one.
