Really easy to order, customer service was great as I had a suggestion to update their site to include that the sofa has zippers on the back and the bottom not just the bottom and to update their website to reflect those details. As a customer who’s putting a lot of money down for a sofa those details are needed. Because all the videos I had seen just had zippers on the bottom. When in fact mine came with zippers at the back and bottom. Anyways get the M1 sofa you will be happy you did.
