Shipment came within 7 days. however it was delayed by the courier due to bad weather, or we would have had it within 4 days instead 7. The set up was as simple as pulling it out of the box, & then carefully cutting the plastic shrink wrap off & then waiting 48hrs for further expansion. To be fair, it seems it takes about a wk for it to puff out 100%.
