10 days after placing my order, I was concerned because I didn't receive any updates or emails from Canelo & Co. I sent an email which they responded to a couple hours after I sent it. They let me know my order was shipped & on its way. Other than that, process was great.
Tip: a "preview" of what the throw will look like when uploading pictures would be nice to give consumer confidence before placing order instead of "we'll return if it's not what we expect."
