When I wrote to say that I wasn’t happy with the cards, they tried to give me a discount and when I looked into it further, they said I’m able to refund them, but they will charge me a shelving fee of 495+ I had to pay my own return postage. Yes this is in the fine print in the returns policy. I understand, but it didn’t make it worth sending back. And so they still gave me another discount or refund which I accepted because I didn’t want to write backwards and forwards so I paid $80 for for two

This box arrived damaged and wasn’t vacuum sealed like the previous one I purchased. Unfortunately, the device itself was also faulty, leaving me with a full set of cards but no working device.
I’m incredibly disappointed with how customer service handled the situation. It’s such a shame, as I was really looking forward to my son using this. If the customer service experience had been better, I would have been happy to wait for a replacement device.
