One of my toys the gears set was totally squashed, so I can't give it to my granddaughter for a present like that, so it can't be used as a gift, the train set was not one set but two smaller ones and the extra trains that were supposed to come with it didn't come and the free toys were pretty useless.

The train would not move anywhere near the speed that you see in the advertisements even after charging over night. A video was sent, clearly showing the speed being much slower than indicated in the ads. After waiting days, even weeks for responses, they simply said it was working normally. If this is true it should be a case of false advertising.
