well it is very hard to give a review on a product that we have not received so you people need to pull your finger out and give us a full refund since we ordered the product on 14/12/25 and it is now 14/01/26 and the product has not been shipped from the tracking info we have.

Needed a more prompt reply to the email query sent. By the time that it was answered the product had been sent out to be shipped. Tried to determine if the jumbo pack was in fact two of the 98 piece sets and could be simply given as two separate boxes. It comes out at the same price as the two boxes I paid for and was after the bonus two trains to add to each box if the jumbo could be split into two, with website images seeming to be of two 98 piece packs that meant it was the same as the two .

The toys are cheap, overseas products masked as high quality with high pricing and pretending to be designed by Sensory Toys 'in consultation with child development research', or so the website misleads you to think. I should have ordered from Temu as this is all Sensory Toys appears to have done (or at least looks and feels like it). I sent an enquiry online about the item I need a refund for over a week ago and am yet to hear a response but it may have been lost in their high volume of spam.

would happily change my review if I could get customer service satisfaction to send me the product that I paid for - a mega pack with 4 trains!

Horrible to deal with. Items do not come from Australia, came from China and one item took over a month to arrive. It is horrible quality, cheap crap. The other item was never even available for purchase. false advertising and wouldnt have purchased the first item if i knew the second item was never going to be sent. Emails were blocked, no phone number provided and messenger messages were replied to with "AI"
