Rescue Roast Coffee (RRC) is very professional and my experience was top class! I just had an issue with FastWay who delivered my parcel. It arrived in town and stayed on the delivery vehicle for 2 days, with zero communication from them. I only received updates from RRC. When they eventually arrived, they were very unprofessional, with a private vehicle and barefoot man handed me someone else's parcel. Had to phone the driver, then search for my own parcel. Please use different courier service.
