This was my first purchase and I’m disappointed in the quality as the pencil pouch didn’t fit my planner as advertised. Now I have the hassle of returning it which makes it worse as I don’t have the time to do that.

The shipping is quick, and the quality is amazing. I am not a fan of the graphic designs that are available, so I just got a plain cover. But I know I’m in the minority where this is concerned :)

I love that you had a planner for students/educators! As a busy mom, I could use any of your planners, but being able to fit my busy classroom schedule and daily lesson plan schedule in the same planner was something I never expected. The pages in the back also give me space to track all the data I need to collect on each of my students IEP goals with space to spare for tracking the milage I put in at my other job at church. I couldn't believe the amazing additional pages that were available!

I LOVE having the monthly and weekly together. It is very well thought out.

The customer service team went above and beyond. I have never experienced anything quite like it.

I changed from a Sunday to a Monday calendar and it came through as Sunday. Had to return using your label and drive 60 miles to drop off at FedEx instead of the post office.

I stumbled upon their site when researching a new planner and I have not shopped elsewhere since. I love how they offer different styles and show videos that are helpful when deciding. Even their quiz on their website is helpful. Shipping is quick and I have not had any issues. Laurel Denise is my favorite shop for planners

So far it has been great, I wish the calendar block was a little bigger . Maybe next time I get the larger booklet
