The US shipping system that you guys have in place needs to be revamped! One of my orders that I had recently took me three weeks 2 get 0 contact from you! So reached out 2 customer service team & just wanting an update They told me tht they cant help me even tho I provided them the tracking number the order number They told me to contact the courrier directly You guys use Amazon logistics there is no customer service phone number so you email. there is more to say. But there's a word limit
