The way that I pre ordered it an I hate to say it but how the shipping went it wasn’t okay I’m glad my pallet didn’t get messed up because I wanted to save the plouise box but couldn’t cuz it got torn up badly an I got pics to prove it an the wait was gut wrenching because I wasn’t sure if it was going to show up at all waited four weeks an even though all that was the negative of it all I am very happy an pleased that I had spent my money on something that was well money spent on! The online shopping experience is ok. It ships in a reasonable amount of time, but is slow and can be difficult to track. I recently got an outer box that was dented in. It contained an eyeshadow palette and was not well cushioned inside to go through a rough travel experience. The brown paper ribbon was only on one side when it should be on both sides. I was lucky it wasn't damaged. I wish the US had everything the UK does as I have to order there too. Improve packaging and US offerings please.
