Purchasing from Baum really inspires confidence, with updates and confirmations at every stage. The 45 day return window to trial a guitar at home is fantastic, but I certainly won't need it - it was love at first twang from the moment I picked up my Wingman!

Purschasing couldn´t have been easier. Would like to have been able to choose delivery service. Fortunately they whent for DHL and not UPS, but delivery window of 24 hours is simply no good. In Norway, using the postal service works much better.

Very friendly, great service. I especially liked, that I did not have to take care of tariffs.

I preorder my bass from the Baum website and it shipped and arrived on schedule.

Pretty good communication via email. Takes about a week to ship after purchase but the shipping was timely and well tracked all the way to Australia.

Some things went wrong (all my fault) but the customer support is swift, friendly, funny and extremely helpful. It is a privilege shopping with Baum.

Easy to place my order. I received a confirmation email quickly after. I would suggest sending out more details on what to expect as my ship date only stated April and I thought I would get an update email prior to April with say a ship date of early, mid or late month. I reached out via the website and someone got back to me quickly stating it was in production and I confirmed I would be notified when it was shipping which I was. Tracking info was great as well and it was packed well.

The shopping was terrific. I ordered the guitar, got updates on the delivery by mail, the delivery was right on time, the package was secure and the guitar inside was nice.

Apart from the looks, the reason I bought the bass were the easy payment terms. Where I come from “6 months to pay” means you get to enjoy the item while you pay it off. So I couldn’t understand why my bass was not being shipped. Then I discovered that you have to pay the item off in full, over 6 months. That annoyed me - I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known. Anyway, I scrambled around and paid it up over 3 months, then they shipped it. But I’m happy with the bass.
