Too much pop-up when we open the web site, don’t care about the chatbot at all. It would be nice to choose the delivery company (alternative to UPS, they are good but the postal public service would be much more helpful, they can deliver at my work, UPS can’t). A proper translation of the website would be nice too. Non AI-translation. Also if a toy is not available, as it is the Non-US website, it would be really good to use the proper date format (month after day, not the other way around.).

Order 08/01/2026 - received 19/01/2026. 3 days of planned delivery (they “ran out of time” on each day), no deliveries on weekend, then on monday they just dumped it by my door despite delivery method not allowing that. During purchSe no option for package point - UPS Account mandatory to change while en route.
