Delivered quickly

The shipment came relatively quickly considering it shipped all the way from Spain but I wish there were more options in terms of choosing a courier service as UPS doesn't have a large presence in my area so I can't really select any pickup locations and they somehow didn't get my phone number nor notify me via mail that it would be arriving so the UPS guy had to yell at 6 am in the morning outside my house which is quite frankly embarrassing!

Overall decent but the damn chat bot is getting annoying.

I was excited to try the Universal Launch because of Fleshlight’s reputation, but unfortunately my overall experience has been disappointing. The product did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort or overall performance, especially considering the price. I appreciate the ordering process, but I’m disappointed with the purchase itself. I hope Fleshlight values customer satisfaction and will consider offering a goodwill solution, such as an exchange, store credit, or another way to improve m

On the customer experience side, however, I would suggest one improvement regarding shipping: it would be much more convenient to offer delivery to pickup points (DHL or other alternatives) rather than only to home or workplace addresses. This would provide customers with more privacy and flexibility when receiving their orders.
