requested to return 2 of them over 2 weeks ago, as I need smaller sizes. I filled in the return request, which says if you haven't heard back in 7 days to contact them. I have since sent an enquiry via the contact us page, and sent 2 emails, and have had NO response. So, I have 2 jumpers that I can not wear as they are a mile to big. Very large sizes, I ordered size small, but they would be equivalent to extra large for women. Looks like I've wasted $150

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered a hoodie that turned out to be too big for me. That happens — I was fine with returning it. But the return process has been a nightmare.
First, it took 2 whole weeks just to receive a return label. Once I finally got it and sent the package back, I never received any confirmation that they received the return. I had to track the package myself, and it shows it was delivered over 2 weeks ago.
