Horrible customer service didn’t even help me with a return, the dress I received was so different from the dress that was posted on their website. The color, the quality and material even the design looked different, i had to file a dispute to give me back my money bec it wasn’t what i was expecting to receive. The company only offered me 15% off despite me telling them that I want to return the item.
