i think the founders were tech gurus in a previous life, because the UX of this website is unbelievable. at first glance, it may just seem nice and functional; but when you think more about the nature of their inventory, it's amazing how they're able to post visuals of 99% of what's on sale. their offer to clean 'new' purchases is great, although i believe it should be discounted for large purchases and frequent purchasers.
