Tastes bad, and expensive

It was good

Never received package! Twice DHL said package was destroyed! Not trying a 3rd time. Bad for business

Ordered a subscription, but now second shipment is delayed so will have to go days without. Hard to tell if it helps when you can’t have consistency and will be starting over with it when/if I ever get second shipment.

Order number 1946 was shipped and returned to the shipper. I was asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes and to this day have not received nothing but excuses about my refund

The responses I’ve received to my email inquiries have been poor, and I’m not confident I’ll receive feedback in a timely manner from this review. I also noticed the product was shipped from Singapore, while the advertisement suggested local US shipping. I’m unsure if this was an oversight on my part for not doing my due diligence or if the marketing was misleading. If there's truly money back guarantee, I would want my money back or half of it

They have a subscription process and do not ask before they send you more.

You make it impossible to cancel.

Bought through the shop app. Unfortunately says it is sold out. How do I get an order fulfilled? Is there another site?

No customer service never got my product no response to multiple emails to customer service. NOT ONE! #TotalRipOff.

It took over a month and numerous emails to your support portal to get my order delivered. The first order was rejected by Customs. Another attempt was made but the tracking number information was not updating. On one attempt to reach your support, my Norton security service sent a warning not to proceed. After I finally requested a refund, miraculously, my order was soon delivered. I doubt i will be ordering from your company again.

Received very quickly giving me updates and packaged extremely well. When I received a message immediately from a question I asked I knew this was going to be a great product.

Tastes awful! Having said that, I still digested two boxes. No improvements whatsoever! What a waste of money and I’m extremely disappointed and upset. I expressed to your customer service by email (I wonder why you don’t have a customer service phone line so customers can contact you). No response! I sure would want my money back because this is all a gimmick! I will make sure to make comments about this horrible experience in your IG pages!
