Great Website, everything went great

I ordered a shirt on this website, however the shirt was very tight for me despite following the recommendation of the sizing tool. Within days after arrival I initiated the return process by emailing. First the contact went smoothly with fast replies but when I made clear that I really wanted to return the shirt they started to ignore me. After a few emails and weeks of waiting I haven't heard anything yet. If you are not sure of the sizing be aware to order from this website. No return policy!

Order never arrived. This company feels like a complete scam. It’s been 5 weeks. I have chased so many times but there is no phone number and no one replies to the one email address.

No delivery, no communication. Mails were not answered .I am very upset. I just want my money back. This is fraud.

Fake jerseys made in China with terrible quality. I contacted the company to return the product, but they refused to provide a return shipping label and then stopped responding to my emails. I would not recommend buying from them.

Always updated with delivery

Avoid this store. I ordered a shirt with "express shipping", but after more than a month it had never even reached the carrier. Customer support repeatedly gave inaccurate updates before admitting the shipment had been lost. After I cancelled the order, they refunded only the shirt and kept the mandatory €7.98 "Shipping Insurance" fee—even though the item was never delivered. Poor service, misleading shipping promises, and an exhausting experience.
