You very conveniently forgot to tell us that to return it it must not have been opened at all. Which makes me wonder how do you know whether you like it or not if you don’t open it and if you open it, you can’t send it back.

When I told them it was a rip off, I gave my name and address and the product I bought.. then they wanted to know what I ordered, I gave them the order number and said you have all the information. Nothing

I do not like the mattress topper, can I return for a full refund?

I had not realized that I could not return this if it didn't work. I used it for 2 weeks but by opening it and using it I lost the chance for any refund. I was think there would be a return available like the high quality pillows I got elsewhere

I bought two twin toppers. I like mine ok, but after two nights my husband had me take his off as he hated it.
