Product does not live up to website claims. Feels stiff til you sink in, then you can't move without a lot of effort, plus the sinking in makes you warm not cool.

Topper came less then a week. In the process of returning the topper now.I submitted a request for return and they very quickly sent a return label.

The shipping took longer than expected which was disappointing because I paid the extra money to try and avoid this delay. It wasn't until I reached out to them asking where my order was did they acknowledge that they were not sure about the address. The address needed to be home address and not a PO Box. This was corrected and the pad arrived within days. However, I have yet to see the mattress pad cover.

Good other then the shipping couldn't track the order very easy it just showed up that's the only complaint I have
