I had a couple of snafu’s when I was ordering online. One is that you have a very strange chat system. The chat is not online as it is with most online stores, but rather goes through your email. Lacks the immediacy.
Also, you should make it clear that you will exchange for a different size, but you can’t Exchange for a different style.
