I see Leiten a lot on my TikTok feed. I love how he is not only the formulator but explains it (along with other brands too, helpfully). I feel it’s an unknown to be able to reach out to the person who is the formulator and responds to you very promptly. A lovely personal touch. I ordered a regime suitable for my skin, from the UK and it arrived within expected time frame. I was most touched by a personal handwritten note. Leiten clearly loves his job!
